Château de la Cour is a winegrowing estate located in Le Landreau, in the Loire-Atlantique département. The owner is the grandson of Pierre Sauvetre.
History and philosophy
The history of Château de la Cour spans more than 200 years. The current estate was established in 1800 by Vincent-Yves Boutin. The present family has owned it since 1938. Prior to this, the estate was known as Vieux château de la Houdinière.

Flagship cuvées
Château de la Cour offers a diverse range of wines. The whites feature Muscadet sur Lie, vintage Muscadet bottlings (such as Muscadet Millésimé 2013, Muscadet Millésimé 2014, Muscadet Millésimé 2018, and Muscadet Millésimé 2019), as well as single-varietal wines made from Sauvignon and Chardonnay, and Gros Plant du Pays Nantais. Traditional method sparkling wines—Effet Bulle Blanc and Effet Bulle Rosé—are also crafted here. The portfolio includes a rosé and a single-varietal red wine made from Cabernet Franc. Sparkling grape juices, both white and red, round off the collection.
