The history of Château de la Croix dates back to 1870, the year the property was acquired. At that time, the estate comprised 3 hectares of vines, 3 hectares of mixed farming, and 12 hectares of woodland. In 1956, severe frosts damaged half of the vineyard. The property has remained within the same family across five generations. In 2016, a new chapter began with the transition of estate management to Stéphanie and vineyard management to Claude.

Practical information
Château de la Croix offers a range of activities and services for visitors. A classic tour and tasting is available free of charge all year round, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 17:00. A tour with a gourmet basket is also available at €20 per person, Monday to Friday at 11:30, by prior reservation. The estate offers a Wine & Yoga workshop at €20 per person. Harvest experience days are organised at €40 per adult and €25 for children (aged 6–12). A Grand Picnic event is offered free of charge. Château de la Croix also features self-catering holiday accommodation at €110 incl. VAT for two people, as well as the option of Médoc lunches or dinners at €40 incl. VAT per person.
