Château Edmus is a winegrowing estate located in Saint-Sulpice-de-Faleyrens. The estate is owned by Laurent David, who is also the head winemaker. He is supported in his approach by Stéphane Derenoncourt, in collaboration with Derenoncourt Consultants and Romain Bocchio.
History and philosophy
Château Edmus was established in 2006, and Laurent David took over the property in 2019. From that point on, the estate committed to environmentally friendly viticultural practices, adopting biodynamics. This philosophy is complemented by a strong corporate social responsibility approach, marked by obtaining B.Corp certification following a two-year audit. Château Edmus sells its entire production directly to consumers, primarily through its Wine Club.
