The story of Château Gracia began in 1994, when Michel Gracia, then a stonemason, acquired his first parcels of vines in Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes. The estate rose to prominence from 1997 onwards as part of the “garage wine” movement, in which Jean-Luc Thevenin and Alain Vauthier were influential figures. The acquisition of a second parcel led to the creation of the Les Angelots de Gracia cuvée. The estate is actively engaged in organic conversion.
