The history of Château Pindefleurs is defined by a family heritage spanning five generations of winegrowers. In 2006, Audrey Lauret's mother acquired the estate. Audrey Lauret took over management in 2009. Since then, extensive works have been carried out, including the restoration of the cellars in 2010, a new vat room, a renovated barrel cellar, and the opening of a boutique shop. The estate has also committed to an environmental approach, implementing an environmental management system and obtaining Haute Valeur Environnementale certification.
Appellations

Winemaking and ageing

The vineyard (terroir)
The Château Pindefleurs vineyard is characterised by soils composed of sand and gravel. Parcel management is carried out without herbicides or synthetic fertilisers. Vineyard restructuring includes replanting programmes. Harvesting is performed by hand. The estate's grape varieties consist of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc.
Flagship cuvées
The estate primarily produces the Château Pindefleurs cuvée, a still red wine under the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation. This wine typically shows a well-balanced structure. Plans to expand the range are underway, including a more approachable cuvée and a prestige wine.
