In 2016, Rémi and Grégoire Couppé took over the property to carry on the family heritage and the work initiated by their grandparents and aunt. The estate is committed to sustainable viticulture, using natural grass cover cropping to foster biodiversity, and holds the Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) certification.

The vineyard of Château Clos Cormey covers 8.5 hectares. The average age of the vines is 36 years. The soils are sandy-clay, with parcels of clay-gravel, clay-silt, and silica. The terroir is notably distinguished by the presence of fine veins of blue clay. The vineyard ridge runs from north to south.
