The property was acquired in 2019, followed by the construction of a winery cellar in 2022. The first harvest took place in September 2022, marking the start of wine production at the estate. The debut cuvée, Haut-Clarise 2022, was bottled in April 2024. Château Haut-Clarise is committed to organic farming practices and is currently in organic conversion certified by Ecocert.
