The vineyard (terroir)
The vineyard spans 8 hectares. The soils consist of clay-limestone and clay-gravel over south-facing hillsides. The vines have an average age of 40 years. The grape varieties are predominantly Merlot, complemented by Cabernet Franc. Harvesting is carried out by hand.

Among the cuvées produced by the estate is notably the cuvée La Folie Rouge. These red wines generally reveal aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry) and violet, alongside notes of leather, spice, and chocolate. They are crafted for ageing between 5 and 10 years.
Vinification and ageing
Vinification involves whole berries, with punch-downs (pigeage) and malolactic fermentation carried out in vats and barrels, followed by lees stirring (bâtonnage). The maceration period lasts around 30 days. Ageing takes place in Bordeaux barrels, foudres, and stainless steel vats. Bottling is carried out at the property.
