Château Reysson is situated in the commune of Vertheuil. It is owned by Maison Dourthe (CVBG - Dourthe - Kressmann).

History and philosophy

The origins of the property, formerly known as “Le Bâtiment”, date back to the 17th century. In 1891, Auguste Dreyfus acquired the estate. The property was subsequently taken over by the Dourthe wine merchant house.

Appellations

Château Reysson produces wines under the Haut-Médoc appellation. The estate has held Cru Bourgeois status since 1932, and has been classified as Cru Bourgeois Supérieur from the 2018 vintage onwards.

Paid tours and tastings, which include the sampling of two wines, are available exclusively from April to September. The estate welcomes groups of up to 25 people.
