History and philosophy
Château Boston was acquired by Natacha and Vincent Ginestet in 2003. That year also marked the second phase of vineyard planting by the new owners, following an initial planting in 2002. The estate is guided by viticultural practices inspired by organic and biodynamic farming. The owners are committed to avoiding herbicides and systemic treatments. Contact fungicides may be applied if necessary, alongside targeted treatments against flavescence dorée (anti-larval treatments). Copper treatments, in the form of sulphate and hydroxide, are also used.
