Délicieux, frais et pas chers : cette nouvelle génération des vins des Corbières prisée des amateurs
L'article du Figaro Vin met en lumière une nouvelle génération de vignerons dans l'appellation Corbières, qui réinventent l'identité de leurs vins en privilégiant la fraîcheur et l'élégance, loin des vins puissants et tanniques traditionnels. Cette approche est d'autant plus pertinente face aux aléas climatiques. Olivier Verdale, président de l'appellation Corbières, exprime des inquiétudes pour cette jeune génération confrontée à de faibles rendements. Parmi les acteurs de ce renouveau, Alexis Gaudin et Emilie Gal du domaine Roquenegade, installés en 2020 dans le Val de Dagne, ont adapté leurs pratiques en plantant des cépages plus résistants à la chaleur comme le carignan, le terret noir et le lledoner pellut, et en favorisant la biodiversité. Le domaine Roquenegade propose notamment la cuvée "Peyredon 2021". Florian et Gaelle Richter, autre couple de vignerons, apportent de la fraîcheur à leurs vins grâce au terroir argilo-calcaire de Saint-Victor et à un élevage en cuve béton. Les frères Xavier, Mathias et Benoît Ledogar, pionniers du vin sans intrants dans les Corbières, sont également mentionnés pour leurs assemblages astucieux.
