History and philosophy

Domaine du Noble is committed to sustainable viticulture (culture raisonnée) in the management of its vineyard. The entire harvest is carried out by hand.

The estate produces wines under the Loupiac appellation.

Practical information

The estate is open for cellar-door sales and tastings. Visits are available by appointment. The tasting cellar is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays by appointment.

The vineyard (terroir)

The Domaine du Noble vineyard covers a total surface area of 15.5 hectares, with 13.5 hectares dedicated to white grape varieties and 2 hectares to red grape varieties. The parcels are planted on the highest part of the Coteau de Loupiac. The average age of the vines is 40 years.

Grape varieties

• For the white wines, the grape varieties planted are 90% Sémillon and 10% Sauvignon Blanc.
• For the red wines, the blend of planted varieties consists of 40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Cabernet-Sauvignon, and 20% Merlot.

Flagship cuvées

The estate produces a white cuvée, Domaine Du Noble, crafted as a still white wine.

Vinification and ageing

The wine is aged in vats.
