The vineyard (terroir)

The Domaine du Noble vineyard covers a total surface area of 15.5 hectares, with 13.5 hectares dedicated to white grape varieties and 2 hectares to red grape varieties. The parcels are planted on the highest part of the Coteau de Loupiac. The average age of the vines is 40 years.

Grape varieties

  • For the white wines, the grape varieties planted are 90% Sémillon and 10% Sauvignon Blanc.
  • For the red wines, the blend of planted varieties consists of 40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Cabernet-Sauvignon, and 20% Merlot.
