The history of Château La Croix de Pawlowski began with the acquisition of the property in 1990. In 1991, several estates were brought together to form the current entity, notably Château La Croix Violet, Château Tretis Violet, and Château Pinotte.
The estate is committed to environmentally friendly viticultural practices, working the soils with ploughs and by hand, without using herbicides, chemical fertilisers, or insecticides. This approach led to Ecocert organic certification (Agriculture Biologique) in 2012.
