The vineyard of Château la Vaisinerie covers 12 hectares within a total estate of 25 hectares. The soils are predominantly clay-limestone across the slopes of Puisseguin. Parcels situated lower down the slopes also feature clay-loam soils. The average age of the vines is 35 years. The grape varieties planted consist of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc.

Viticultural practices include grass cover between every other row, single and double Guyot pruning, spring leaf removal, and green harvesting on the most vigorous vines. Bird nesting boxes have also been installed to encourage biodiversity.
