The estate inaugurated a new winery in 2018. Château de Roques is certified HVE (High Environmental Value).

Opening hours for visits and the cellar door:
- From May to September: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:00. Weekends and bank holidays from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 18:00.
- From October to April: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 16:30. Closed on weekends.
Guided tours of the underground limestone quarries and the vinification cellar are offered, followed by a wine tasting. The estate welcomes groups and offers disabled access (PMR). Tours are conducted in French and English. Payment by credit card, cash, and cheque is accepted. The estate also provides international shipping.

Rochefort : aux fosses de la Gardette, le temps d’une immersion poétique, historique et lucide au cœur du marais
L'article présente les fosses de la Gardette, un site de 40 hectares situé entre Échillais et Saint-Hippolyte, près de Rochefort. Historiquement créées entre 1834 et 1853 pour l'Arsenal de Rochefort, ces neuf bassins maçonnés servaient à immerger le bois pour la construction navale, le rendant imputrescible. Ce site monumental, fermé au public la majeure partie de l'année, ouvre ses portes exceptionnellement pour des visites guidées, dont la dernière de la saison est prévue le 10 août.
