History & Philosophy

Winemaking at Château Les Chaumes is documented as far back as 1833, whilst the manor house itself dates from the 18th century. The estate joined the Parmentier family in 1965, when Robert Parmentier purchased the property. Today, the vineyard at Château Les Chaumes is farmed according to sustainable viticultural practices.
