The vineyard (terroir)

The vineyard spans an area of 1 hectare on clay-limestone soils. The average age of the vines is around 30 years. The grape variety breakdown consists of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vinification and ageing

The harvest is carried out by hand. Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats. The wines are aged in oak barrels, comprising 50% new oak and 50% one-wine barrels.
