The Vineyard (Terroir)
The vineyard of Château Tour Saint-Pierre spans an area of 11.5 hectares. It is located on the north-eastern slopes of the commune of Saint-Émilion, characterised by a clay-siliceous plateau with limestone bedrock. The average age of the vines is around 25 years. Cabernet Franc is a key grape variety for the estate. Harvesting is carried out by hand.

Vinification and Ageing
Vinification is carried out plot by plot in temperature-controlled concrete and stainless steel vats. This approach respects the expression of the soil and balances the extraction of components. The ageing of the wines lasts around 12 months and is conducted in a combination of French oak barrels and vats.
