Under the name Chante-Alouette, the estate also offers a single-varietal 100% Marsanne white wine, characterised by a complex nose with aromas of acacia, linden blossom and quince, followed by a clean, delicate palate.
Vinification and ageing
Harvesting is carried out by hand, followed by the use of sorting tables. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats and demi-muids, following pressing and settling. Ageing may include maturation in oak barrels, with certain vintages benefiting from twelve months of barrel ageing.
