Fermentation takes place in oak barrels. Ageing continues for 6 months in 30% new oak barrels and 70% one-wine barrels, accompanied by bâtonnage on the lees.

Château la Bridane benefits from 16 to 18 months of ageing in French oak barrels. Cellaring for this cuvée is parcel-by-parcel, in stainless steel and concrete.

The Les Trois Canons cuvée is aged in 33% new barrels and 66% one-wine barrels. Its cellar facilities are also organized plot-by-plot, in stainless steel and concrete.
