Dégustation multicolore
Cet article présente trois propriétés viticoles bordelaises qui ouvrent leurs portes pour des dégustations et des visites. Au Château du Mont, à Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, Hervé Chouvac propose de découvrir son métier de vigneron et de déguster une large gamme de vins, incluant du rosé, du blanc sec, du graves rouge, du sainte-croix-du-mont et du sauternes, dans l'ancienne cuisine des chais. Catherine Ouzoulias du Château Franc-Pourret, à Saint-Émilion, emmène les visiteurs pour une heure et demie d'explications sur le vignoble, suivie d'une visite de son petit musée exposant des objets anciens et une dégustation de vins uniquement biologiques, notamment un saint-émilion grand cru.
