History and philosophy
The Château Granins Grand Poujeaux cru was established in 1930. Originally known as Château Peyrodon, the Batailley family, represented by Edouard Batailley (Marie-Lyne Bodin's grandfather), acquired vines in 1954, the year the estate was also renamed Château Tour Granins. In 1983, the property was divided and the Granins Grand Poujeaux label was created. The estate was reunited in 1993, when Marie-Lyne Bodin took over management. Today, she represents the third generation at the helm of the property.
The vineyard is farmed according to the principles of sustainable viticulture (Agriculture Raisonnée).
