The estate offers several cuvées. "Grand Vin L’Héritage du Château Gunes" and "Le Grand Vin du Château la Croix des Gunes" are crafted from Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot. These wines are distinguished by their structure and depth, designed for an ageing potential of 10 to 15 years. Vinification and ageing
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled truncated cone concrete or stainless-steel vats. Alcoholic fermentation features two daily rack-and-return (délestage) operations. The estate carries out frequent rackings. Neither fining nor filtration is performed. The wines are bottled at the château. Ageing takes place in oak barrels for up to 18 months. For "Le Grand Vin", ageing is carried out exclusively in oak barrels for 18 months, 100% of which are new oak. The "La Princesse" cuvée is aged in oak barrels for 18 months, with 5% new oak.
