Vinification and ageing
For the red cuvée, ageing takes place in oak barrels and concrete/cement vats. It can last up to twelve months in barriques or nine months in casks depending on the cuvée. The red wines are characterised by their freshness and fruit-forward appeal. The white cuvée is a still wine.

Intermarché Saint-Martin de Ré : une soirée Foire aux vins riche de ...
Intermarché Saint-Martin de Ré organise, en avant-première de sa foire aux vins officielle, une soirée de dégustation et de présentation le lundi 6 septembre à 20h. L'événement sera animé par Jean-Luc Pouteau, premier meilleur sommelier au monde, qui proposera une sélection de vins. Six viticulteurs seront présents pour présenter leurs produits, dont le Domaine Mercier Grande réserve vignoble, le Clos Padulis, le Château la rose Mayat 2018 (AOC Puisseguin Saint-Emilion), l'AOC Valençay domaine Roy Loire, Bordeaux supérieur Le Bosquet des fleurs Vignoble laurent Abba, et le Château Lacaussade Saint- Martin 2020 (AOC Blaye). Chacun d'eux offrira une dégustation commentée de leurs vins, en détaillant les cépages et les caractéristiques organoleptiques. Le service traiteur du magasin préparera des mets en accord avec les vins, incluant de nouvelles spécialités de fumaisons et une sélection de petits fours pour accompagner la dégustation de champagnes. Des offres promotionnelles seront proposées, avec 10% de remise sur carte de fidélité dès 50€ d'achat et 15% dès 100€ sur les vins sélectionnés du catalogue.
