History and philosophy

The history of Château Languissan has been intertwined with the Sibille family since 1919, when Lucien Sibille acquired the property. In 1950, Jacques Sibille took the helm of the estate, cultivating around 5 hectares of vines at the time. Subsequently, in 1988, Arnaud Sibille succeeded him, expanding the planted area to 9 hectares. Arthur Sibille has been in charge of the estate since 2019. Château Languissan is certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (Level 4).
