Château Martinat Blanc
This white wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris.
Martinat Rosé
This rosé is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Vinification and Ageing
For the Château Martinat Rouge cuvée, the grapes are harvested by hand. Maceration takes place in temperature-controlled concrete vats and lasts an average of three weeks. Ageing then takes place for 14 to 15 months in Bordeaux oak barrels.
