The red grape vineyard accounts for 18 hectares and the white grape vineyard covers 1 hectare. The red grape varieties consist of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc. Flagship cuvées

The estate produces several cuvées. Château Milon, in the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation, is crafted from grapes grown on clay-gravel soils. It is aged in concrete vats and large oak casks (foudres).

The cuvée Caprice du Château Milon is a Saint-Émilion made from 100% Merlot and aged for 8 months in concrete vats.

Clos de la Cure, also a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, comes from clay-limestone soils. The blend is typically 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc, with ageing carried out in selected oak barrels.
