The Château Mirebeau residence dates back to the 17th century. Around the 1920s, the estate captivated the granddaughter of Alexandre Dumas. In 2004, a parcel of white vines on the estate was successfully preserved from urban development.
The estate embraces a viticultural philosophy rooted in the natural cultivation of the vine, following biodynamic principles.

The red grape varieties are planted as follows: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot and 5% Carménère.
The white grape parcel, measuring 0.84 hectares, rests on white marl and is planted exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc. Harvesting is carried out entirely by hand across the vineyard.
