Château Pinet La Roquette is a winegrowing estate located in Berson, in Gironde. It is currently owned by Anne-Emilie and David. Prior to them, the estate was owned by Stéphane and Valérie Nativel, who acquired it in 2001.
History and philosophy
Château Pinet La Roquette, a historic estate in the Blayais, saw its ownership transition in 2022, finalised in 2023. The current owners, Anne-Emilie and David, continue the commitment to environmentally friendly viticulture, as evidenced by the organic farming certification achieved in 2020. The estate is also recognised by the “Vignerons Indépendants” and “Vignobles et découvertes” labels.
Appellations
Château Pinet La Roquette produces wines under several appellations, notably Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux, Crémant de Bordeaux, Bordeaux Clairet, and Bordeaux rosé.

The vineyard (terroir)
The vineyard covers a contiguous single block of 9 hectares on clay-limestone soils. The estate has been in organic conversion since 2020 and holds High Environmental Value (HVE) certification.
Signature cuvées
The estate offers a diverse range of wines including reds, whites, and rosés, alongside Crémant and Clairet. Key cuvées include “Château Pinet La Roquette - Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux Rouge”, “Château Pinet La Roquette - Crémant de Bordeaux Blanc Brut”, “Château Pinet La Roquette - Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux Blanc Sec”, “Château Pinet La Roquette - Bordeaux Clairet Rosé”, and “Château Pinet La Roquette - Bordeaux rosé Rosé Sec”. A dry white cuvée named “Blanc Acacia” is crafted from a blend of 50% Sauvignon and 50% Sémillon.
