The Château Vachon vineyard covers an area of 3 hectares on clay-gravel soils. The average age of the vines is 40 years. The grape varieties are predominantly Merlot (90%), complemented by Cabernet Franc (10%).
Flagship cuvées
Harvesting is carried out by hand. Ageing is split equally between vats (50%) and oak barrels (50%), half of which are new and the other half having previously aged one or more wines. Average annual production is approximately 6,000 bottles, representing 110 hectolitres. The estate's wines are marketed in France.

The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification and ageing take place in stainless steel vats and oak barrels. Ageing is divided equally: 50% in vats and 50% in barrels of one wine and older. Half of the oak barrels used are new.
