Château Dufilhot was founded in 1832 by David Dufilhot. Barthélémy Dufilhot contributed to the historic expansion of the estate. In 1974, Claude Chevrot replanted the vineyard. Pierre Chevrot took over the management of the estate in 2003.
The estate is committed to the Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) Level 4 framework, an environmental certification that covers the entirety of its production and is valid until August 2028.

Château Dufilhot Rouge
This red wine is a blend of Merlot (75%), Cabernet Sauvignon (15%), and Cabernet Franc (10%). It is aged in French oak barrels, one-third of which are new wood, for 9 to 12 months.
Château Dufilhot Rosé
This rosé wine is crafted from 100% Malbec. Ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Château Ponteney Blanc
This dry white wine is a single-varietal Sauvignon (100%). It is aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 4 months.
Château Ponteney Cadillac
This sweet wine is produced from 100% Sémillon. Harvesting is carried out by hand. Ageing lasts 10 months in French oak barrels.
