The present owners represent the fifth generation at the helm of Château Grand Peyruchet. The property is committed to an artisanal and sustainable winegrowing approach, holding High Environmental Value (HVE 3) certification and currently undergoing conversion to Organic Agriculture.

Winemaking and ageing
Château Grand Peyruchet's sweet wines are aged in oak barriques, acacia casks, and underground concrete vats. For other cuvées, such as Le Jour de Pey and Grand Q Rosé, ageing takes place in stainless steel vats for 4 to 6 months. Harvesting is carried out by hand or mechanically depending on the cuvée.

Guests are received in a warm family atmosphere within a tasting room featuring local pale limestone walls and traditional exposed roof timbers. This sweet white wine, produced predominantly from Sémillon (around 90%) and Sauvignon, is made from botrytised grapes. It displays a golden-amber hue, with aromas evocative of candied fruit, stone fruit, honey, and beeswax. Characterised by its complexity, it is best enjoyed between 8 and 9°C. It offers an ageing potential of 5 to 8 years. Ageing takes place in oak barriques, acacia casks, and underground concrete vats. Production reaches around 20,000 bottles.
Château Grand Peyruchet (AOC Bordeaux Blanc Sec)
This cuvée is an equal blend of Sauvignon blanc and Sémillon.
Château Grand Peyruchet (AOC Cadillac-Côtes de Bordeaux)
A red wine crafted from a blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon.
