The history of Château Haut-Pradot dates back to 1817. The estate has been owned by the Fazembat family, who have handed down their winemaking expertise across five generations. With a strong commitment to environmental stewardship, Château Haut-Pradot began its conversion to organic farming in 2023. This transition entails the progressive phasing out of herbicides, a return to traditional ploughing practices, and the introduction of new disease-resistant grape varieties. The estate is also committed to High Environmental Value (HVE) certification and displays the EU Organic (Euro-leaf) label.

Château Haut-Pradot is located at 3 Lieu-dit Patatin, 33190 Morizès. Vineyard visits and tastings are available by appointment only. The estate offers a complimentary tour and tasting including three products. Home workshops and event entertainment are also available. The property features an on-site shop and a dedicated motorhome stopover area with views over the vines. Payments can be made by bank card or cash. The estate holds the “Bienvenue à la Ferme” and “Vignobles et Découvertes” accreditations. Pets are not permitted.
