The tasting room and shop is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 18:00. The estate offers guided tours by appointment, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:30. The maximum group capacity for tours is 8 people. French is spoken on site. Debit and credit cards are accepted. The estate has toilet facilities and can accommodate groups.

The vineyard (terroir)

The Château les Polyanthas vineyard covers an area of 4 hectares, planted on clay-limestone soils. The grape varieties comprise 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. The average age of the vines is 50 years.

Flagship cuvées

The wines of Château les Polyanthas are crafted from Merlot and Cabernet Franc. They are distinguished by a supple structure and vibrant fruit aromas, characteristic of their appellation.

Vinification and ageing

Harvesting at Château les Polyanthas is carried out mechanically. Vinification takes place in concrete and stainless steel vats. The wines undergo 100% ageing in vats, with no oak contact, in order to preserve the purity of the fruit and natural freshness.
