History and Philosophy
The estate’s history began in 1877 with Armand Gaspard, a cooper and winegrower. Robert Dartiguenave, likewise a cooper and winegrower, subsequently took over in 1919. Gilbert Dartiguenave continued the work from 1940 onwards. Since 1988, Jean-Luc Dartiguenave has led the estate, representing the fourth generation. Cru Bourgeois status was granted in 1986 by the Syndicat des Crus Bourgeois.
The estate is committed to environmental certification, having attained Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) status.
The Appellations
The estate produces wines under various appellations, including AOP Médoc for its red wines. White wines are crafted under the AOP Bordeaux blanc or Entre-Deux-Mers depending on the vintage, alongside a rosé classified as Vin de France.

Flagship Cuvées
The estate offers several cuvées. Château les Tuileries is the principal red cuvée, recognised as a Cru Bourgeois Supérieur AOP Médoc. Château Terre Blanche is another production crafted within the AOP Médoc.
