A distinctive approach is taken for the ‘Jean de la Monge’ cuvée, with 600 bottles from the 2015 and 2016 vintages buried 2.70 metres underground on 9 June 2018 for five years of ageing, before being unearthed on 19 September 2023. Finally, ‘Le L de Mercier’ is a bag-in-box wine designed to keep for nine months unopened and up to two months after opening.
