Domaine Roses Camille produces wines across several appellations, including AOC Pomerol for the Roses Camille, Roses Louise, and Écho de Roses Camille cuvées. The estate also produces wines under AOC Lalande-de-Pomerol and Vin de France for the Clos Lavaud and Château Les Graves Lavaud cuvées from 2021 onwards. Other cuvées are crafted in AOC Montagne-Saint-Émilion (La Folie d’Élie, Château Marquisat de Binet, Abel du Château Marquisat) and AOC Saint-Émilion Grand Cru (Moulin du Château La Clide).
Winemaking and Ageing
The wines are vinified under kosher standards. Ageing takes place in oak barrels, lasting between two and five years depending on the vintage for the estate's general programme, and specifically 14 months for selected wines. Bottling is carried out at the property.
