History and Philosophy

With origins dating back to the 1900s, this family cellar has been transformed into both a working winery and a welcoming visitor space. Wines from the various estates that make up the Lataste vineyards are vinified and aged on site. Vincent Lataste also operates a négoce business, blending wines from partner growers or châteaux before managing their commercialisation. In 2020, biodynamic certification was achieved for part of the vineyard.
