The vineyard (terroir)

The estate practices organic viticulture, harvesting by hand for grape varieties such as Sémillon, with picking potentially starting around 1st September.
Flagship cuvées
Among the wines produced, the "Édition" cuvée has been crafted since the 2017 vintage. The estate also offers a Crémant de Bordeaux Rosé. The ageing potential is approximately 20 years.
Vinification and ageing
The wines are vinified in concrete vats, with a maceration period of around 4 weeks. Ageing takes place in new French oak barrels.
