In 1995, the Bayle-Carreau family acquired the property and set about replanting the vineyard. The building was fully renovated, including a modernisation of the vat room, restoring its winegrowing vocation. The estate favours a sustainable farming approach (culture raisonnée), aiming to respect the environment and maintain biodiversity to preserve the balance of the natural ecosystem.
