History and philosophy

The story of Vignobles Borderie Lenier began in 1983 with Jean-Pierre and Odile Borderie, who took over a 15-hectare estate. Over the years, the vineyard expanded, reaching 38 hectares in 2000. Frédéric Borderie, the founders' son, joined the estate in 2005. In 2011, Vignobles Borderie Lenier acquired Château Vieille Dynastie.

The appellations

Vignobles Borderie Lenier produces wines under several Bordeaux appellations. The estate covers 4.8 hectares in Lussac-Saint-Émilion and 6.2 hectares in Lalande-de-Pomerol. It also crafts wines in Crémant de Bordeaux, Bordeaux Blanc (2.4 hectares), Bordeaux Supérieur Blanc, and Bordeaux Rosé (1 hectare).
