Château Rozier-Morillons is a family estate located in Donzac, in Gironde. The Crachereau family is at the helm of this estate. Michel Crachereau is manager, while Jean-Christophe Crachereau is manager, agricultural engineer, and oenologist.
History and philosophy
Château Rozier-Morillons is a winegrowing estate whose history dates back to 1850. The Crachereau family, represented by Michel and Jean-Christophe Crachereau, has cultivated the vines here for six generations. Jean-Christophe Crachereau, an agricultural engineer and oenologist, took over the management of the estate in 2009. The estate is committed to environmentally friendly viticulture, boasting High Environmental Value (HVE) certification and organic farming for its red grape varieties.
The appellations
The estate crafts wines across several appellations, including Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux, Premières Côtes de Bordeaux, and Bordeaux. Red wines are produced under the Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. Dry white wines are made in AOC Bordeaux, and sweet white wines in Premières Côtes de Bordeaux and Cadillac.

Practical information
Château Rozier-Morillons is located at 2280 Route des Coteaux, 33410 Donzac. The cellar is open Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. On Sundays, visits are by appointment only. Booking 48 hours in advance is recommended for tours and tastings. A guided tasting of 4 wines, complete with an introduction to the grape varieties and the terroir, is available at €10 per person, deductible against on-site purchases. This tasting lasts approximately 1 hour. More comprehensive visits, including the tour of the estate and tasting, are available and take around 2 hours.

Portes ouvertes Maison des Vins 2026 | Ville de Cadillac sur Garonne
La 31ème édition des Journées Portes Ouvertes de la Région des Premières Côtes de Bordeaux se tiendra les 6 et 7 juin 2026, de 10h à 19h. Cet événement permettra aux visiteurs de rencontrer une trentaine de vignerons d'exception qui partageront leur passion et proposeront de nombreuses animations, activités ludiques et déjeuners.
