During these events, the estate offers cellar tours guided by the family, wine tastings paired with local specialities (charcuterie and cheeses from the Pyrénées, Bassin d’Arcachon oysters, duck from the Gers, and artisan sweet creations), meet-and-greets with local craftspeople, and art exhibitions. Lunches featuring grilled Blonde d’Aquitaine beef are also available upon reservation.

Budos : Le domaine Courbin Héritage invite à découvrir ses vins - Sud Ouest
Le domaine Courbin Héritage, situé à Budos, participe aux journées portes ouvertes des Graves les samedi 17 et dimanche 18 octobre. Cet événement offre aux visiteurs l'opportunité de découvrir le domaine viticole et ses productions en appellations Graves et Sauternes. Au programme, des visites guidées des chais sont organisées en présence des vignerons et de la famille, suivies d'une dégustation assise de l'ensemble des vins produits par le domaine. Pour compléter cette expérience conviviale et gourmande, le domaine met à l'honneur des produits du terroir. Les participants pourront déguster des fromages et de la charcuterie provenant des Pyrénées, du canard du Gers de la ferme de l’Aurios, ainsi que des huîtres du banc d’Arguin fournies par Olivier Girard. Un repas est également proposé, incluant une grillade de bœuf Blonde d’Aquitaine, élevée chez Monchany, cuite sur des ceps de vigne. Ce plat sera accompagné d'une poêlée forestière et de fromage de brebis. Le coût du repas est fixé à 14 euros par adulte et 9 euros pour les enfants de moins de 12 ans, et il est impératif de réserver en raison des places limitées. En outre, une exposition présentant les nouveaux dessins de Flo viendra enrichir le programme de ces journées.
