The vineyard spans 17 hectares divided across several plots. Seven hectares are located in Saint-Gervais, characterized by clay-limestone plateaux, deep white clay on hillsides, and silty clay at the foot of the slopes. Here, the vines consist of equal parts Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec, with an average vine age of around twenty years. The remaining ten hectares are situated in Teuillac, featuring varying soils tailored to the grape varieties: clay-limestone hillsides for Merlot (which accounts for 90% of plantings), clay-silty sands for the Cabernets, and deep gravel for Malbec. One specific vineyard parcel was planted in 1904.
