Petnat Gaz'bonne, Vin de France

Petnat made, for the 2022 vintage, from 80% Sémillon and 20% Sauvignon.

Bottled in December 2022, with secondary fermentation occurring during the winter.

A rich and crisp Petnat with fine bubbles.

Please note: this Petnat has not been disgorged to preserve its typical characteristics and aromatics; the bottle therefore contains some yeast deposits, which is typical for a natural sparkling wine.
