Preamble
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales made by Château Cazebonne, an agricultural partnership with share capital of €4,301,000, registered with the Bordeaux Trade Register under number 822 813 614, whose registered office is at LD Peyron, 33210 Saint-Pierre-de-Mons, France, to its private customers through the chateau-cazebonne.fr website.
Products and prices
The products offered are wines and merchandise from Château Cazebonne. Prices are shown in euros including VAT, excluding delivery costs. Château Cazebonne may change its prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the prices in force when the order is confirmed.
Orders
An order becomes final once payment is approved. An order summary is sent to the customer by email. Château Cazebonne may cancel or refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer, product unavailability or a payment issue.
Payment
Payments are secured by our payment providers. Accepted payment cards are listed during checkout. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The buyer warrants that they hold the authorisations required to use the chosen payment method.
Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicative. Château Cazebonne cannot be held liable for delivery delays attributable to the carrier. If damage is noted on delivery, the customer must record reservations with the carrier within the statutory time limits.
Right of withdrawal
Under the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. For alcoholic beverages, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the order has been delivered and the product unpacked, pursuant to article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Liability and disputes
Château Cazebonne is responsible for the conformity of the products sold. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the seller's registered office or, under ordinary rules of law, of the consumer's place of residence.
Alcohol and advertising
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; please drink responsibly. The sale of alcohol to persons under 18 is prohibited. By confirming an order, the customer confirms that they are of legal age to purchase alcohol in their country of residence.
