Returns policy

Under articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

Only wines and products returned in their original packaging, intact, unopened and in perfect resale condition can be refunded. Damaged, opened or consumed items are not eligible for return.

To return a product, please contact us first by email at contact@cazebonne.fr or by phone on +33 (0)6 89 77 42 12. We will give you the return shipping address and recommend a shipping method suited to wine (specific packaging, protection against temperature swings).

Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and insuring your parcel adequately, as you remain responsible for the return shipment until the items are received by our team.

Once the returned products have been received and checked, we refund the returned wines in full, under the conditions set out above. The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the parcel by Château Cazebonne, to the payment method used for the original order.

Pursuant to article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for alcoholic beverages once delivery has taken place and the product has been opened or consumed. If in doubt, please contact us before sending anything back.
