First day of harvest with our whites on the Bouché terroir
Our finest terroir, on a co-planted parcel of Semillon, Sauvignon and Sauvignon Gris.
Today, we have the right balance between the freshness of some berries and the over-ripeness of others. The harvest will unfortunately be meagre, but it will be good, very good.
