We are wrapping up the harvest with these lovely Cabernet-Sauvignon berries

Today, we are also harvesting our few rows of Carménère. We pushed phenolic ripeness to the maximum. The grapes are simply magnificent. Alcohol levels are high (around 14%) but balanced by a lovely pH (between 3.45 and 3.7 depending on the plot). Now, time for vinification, and we look forward to welcoming you this weekend for our open cellar days!
