The Lobre family's winegrowing history spans four centuries in the Entre-deux-Mers region. Château de l'Aubrade was acquired by Paulette and Jean-Pierre Lobre in 1974, the year the first vines were planted. Later, their sons, Jean-Christophe and Gérard Lobre, joined the family business. The estate is committed to environmentally sound practices, certified by Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE Level 3).
